Python Job Details

As a Data Scientist Intern at Centreon, you will work under the supervision of our Lead Data Scientist in the data department. Your main project will be to develop a chatbot based on the latest LLMs, starting with chatGPT. This chatbot will be provided with some internal documentation and will be assessed by the support team with real case client questions.

The objective of this internship is to create a functioning chatbot that can fully answer at least 50% of the questions the support team receives, meaning the answers could be sent as is. Additionally, the chatbot should be able to partially answer at least 80% of the questions, meaning that the answers are good but may need some rewriting or adjustments by the support team. This project will provide a valuable tool for our support team and improve our customer service capabilities.

What do we expect

  • Develop a chatbot using latest LLMs

  • Make requests from API REST in Python

  • Build embeddings based on our documentation (public and internal) as well as source code repositories

  • Build a web application using a framework such as Dash or Flask

  • Communicate findings to both technical and non-technical audience


Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field

  • Knowledge of Python and experience with web application frameworks such as Dash or Flask

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment for at least 2 days a week

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely

Nice to have :

  • Experience with web application development

  • Familiarity with prompting LLMs
